The guidance the clinic gave me was 7am 11am 7pm and 11pm. They said that I can adjust the times to my lifestyle, but I now realise they didn't explain what is the maximum gap I can leave between doses. The nasal sprays are slightly different strengths - so maybe they decided in research that a different dose regime was needed for the IVF, so changed the name when it came to marketing the nasal spray, and because they wanted an injectable alternative for the same indication, they brought out an injection under the same name. I did IVF at Foothills 4 years ago and I didn't have a period on Suprefact. It didn't matter to them. The schedule they gave me at the beginning ended up being exactly what happened and we got a BFP. Inclusion criteria: first or second IVF attempt in women younger than 40 years. In the agonist protocol (Suprefact®) nasal spray was used.
